This Policy sets out the general cancellation, withdrawal and refund framework applicable to training, consultancy, events, tours, international programmes, registrations, deposits and similar services supplied by Brightland Eğitim Danışmanlık ve Yönetim Hizmetleri Anonim Şirketi ("Brightland").
Before payment, the Consumer will be informed of the conditions applicable to the selected service or programme, including any order-specific cancellation, transfer, withdrawal or refund terms. Mandatory consumer rights provided by applicable law always prevail.
Where no statutory exception applies, a consumer may withdraw from a distance service agreement without giving a reason within fourteen days from the conclusion of the agreement, subject to applicable legislation.
A withdrawal request should contain sufficient information to identify the transaction and should clearly state the Consumer's intention to withdraw. Requests may be submitted through the following contact channels:
Email: info@brightlandcorp.com
Where performance begins during the withdrawal period at the Consumer's express request, the consequences of full or partial performance are determined by applicable law.
Brightland does not use preselected or unclear consent mechanisms intended to remove or restrict statutory consumer rights.
Certain services, including accommodation, transport, catering, leisure activities and similar services to be performed on a specific date or during a specific period, may be subject to statutory exceptions to the right of withdrawal. Where an exception applies to a particular service, the relevant information will be disclosed before payment.
If Brightland cancels a service or programme, the Consumer may, where applicable:
Where a refund is due, Brightland will initiate the refund after any necessary checks within the period required by applicable law. Processing and posting times imposed by banks, payment institutions or card networks are outside Brightland's control.
Cancellation and refund arrangements for training, coaching and consultancy services may depend on whether the service has started, whether sessions have been completed, and whether customised work or third-party services have already been provided.
Events and programmes scheduled for a specific date or period may have special cancellation and withdrawal rules depending on their nature and the applicable legislation.
Tours and international programmes may involve third-party suppliers, including airlines, hotels, visa service providers, insurers, guides, transport providers and other reservation services.
Calling a payment a "deposit" or "advance payment" does not by itself determine whether that payment is refundable.
Before payment, the applicable terms will identify, where relevant, the purpose of the payment, how it will be applied, whether it is refundable and the circumstances in which deductions may be made.
A general statement that a payment is "non-refundable in all circumstances" does not override mandatory statutory consumer rights.
Depending on the nature of the request, Brightland may require the following information to identify and process a cancellation, withdrawal or refund request:
Brightland will record the request, assess it under the applicable law and order-specific terms, and communicate the outcome to the Consumer.
Where a refund is approved, it will normally be processed through the original payment method where technically possible. Bank, payment institution and card-network processing times may vary.
This Policy does not restrict any mandatory statutory remedies or consumer rights relating to defective, incomplete or improperly performed services.
Customers should notify Brightland of any relevant issue promptly through:
The conditions applicable to an individual purchase may vary depending on the nature of the service, its performance date, third-party arrangements and other relevant circumstances.
Any applicable order-specific cancellation, transfer, withdrawal or refund conditions will be presented to the Consumer before payment. The order-specific information should be read together with this Policy and the applicable Distance Sales Agreement.
In the event of a conflict, mandatory provisions of applicable legislation prevail over contractual or policy provisions.
